Job Description
Project Management/IT Infrastructure
Our professional services client in Northern New jersey is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the transition of the Firm to new multi-function print devices for its offices within several countries.
This is an eight month assignment with the possibility of extension.
The project manager needs to be able to develop schedules, issues and action logs and manage the project and meetings using these critical documents daily.
-- manage the Infrastructure upgrade tasks within a global portfolio on behalf of IT Services.
-- maintain a reporting schedule, risk and issues register.
-- Work with IT Services and Applications teams from the IT department
Skills
Demonstrated experience
Managing schedules, milestones and deliverables .
Managing meetings and agendas,
managing resolution of issues,
tracking action items,
documenting decisions,
communicating status.
PMP a plus
Professional Service Firm experience a plus
Experience with large global roll out of infrastructure a plus
Experience working with vendors providing both hardware and software customization and install services a plus.
