Client is ideally looking for smaller firm and software development experience  as opposed to large commercial  firm experience RUBY a HUGE plus. Client is a  creative custom solution start-up firm and   will be Jersey City based, currently office are located in midtown Manhattan.  Must be able to prioritize and manage own workload.  Salaries from  $85K to $120K DOE.
