Top tier Global Investment Bank Seeks Project Manager for Immediate Hire!
(NYC)

The successful candidate will perform a thorough review of the current
process and systems analysis, and identify all issues that exist in the
environment. They will also be responsible for determining how these issues
can be addressed, as well as ownership for the static data clean up and
creation of useful MIS and a future control framework. Must have exposure to
curve marketing.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Work closely with all SMEs Globally, including GBS, Finance, Front Office
to ensure completeness and accuracy of Project Plan and Business
Requirements Doc.
Create current state and future state process flow and data/systems flow
diagrams
Collaborate with SMEs to ensure that requirements are clearly and completely
communicated.
• Coordinate BRD review meeting, ensure that SME requirements are fully met
and captured
• Identify and resolve conflicting requirements by getting SME's together to
agree on conflicts.
• Data Analysis and Clean Up
• Assist the Project Manager in all coordination of any major
workshop/meetings.
Project plan definition and tracking
• Agree and produce MIS to track project progress and provide ongoing
control workflow.
Updating senior GBS and other Stakeholders on progress and issues.

Requirements:
• Project / change management experience within investment banking
environment.
• Confident and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, able to work with different groups of people in
different situations.
• Proactive, delivery-orientated approach.
• Accurate, thorough and with a strong attention to detail.
• Takes accountability for front to back project delivery.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and drive towards clarity.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Enthusiastic 'can do' approach to all responsibilities.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Credit Products, specifically Credit
Default Swaps (CDS).
• Experience of working on a Credit product related project.

The candidate chosen for this position will have 5+ years as a Business
Analyst.

•They will be fluent and familiar in technologies used in an
Accounting/Reinsurance environment:

Must have familiarity with Financial Reporting Tools ( Ex: Cognos Business
Intelligence, Crystal Reports, etc) would be helpful

•Demonstrated understanding of application & technology concepts including
tiered architectures, application programming interfaces (APIs), databases,
Web-based

•Working knowledge of MS-Office including Excel, Excel Macros and
PivotTables.

•Must have experience in implementing and supporting third party vendor
packages. Includes implementation of bug fixes, software upgrades,
