Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Function as a team member on complex product and technology development
projects. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan within the scope
of the New Product Development Process (NPDP) and New Technology Development
Process (NTDP) guidelines. Orchestrate team efforts to achieve milestones
and resolve issues. Maintain visibility and exposure to all disciplines of
product design, manufacturing, marketing and senior management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate frequently across all project disciplines to ensure both team
and senior management are aware of upcoming milestones and risks/issues.
Conduct regular meetings with project teams to resolve issues and risks,
maintain engagement/focus, and share updates with all team members.

Maintain timelines with regular updates to re-project milestones, monitor
critical path, and calculate launch dates while maintaining baseline data.
Coordinate with project leaders to foresee/understand critical project
activities and to enable them to manage team resources and tasks to avoid
critical path slippage.
Partner with project team members outside of R&D to maintain engagement and
focus on project commitments and dependencies.
Create/maintain metrics to track new product development timeline historical
performance by NPDP project phase.

Create, maintain, and utilize project templates for various types of NPDP
projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years practical program leadership/project management experience
Demonstrated organizing skills
Demonstrated ability to independently initiate work and assume
responsibility for work that spans functional departments
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Applied knowledge of Microsoft applications, including MS Project and
Project Server.

Presentations would include heavy use of graphics, charts, etc.
. Experience with eCommer / CDMA / Wireless product line development
. Experience with eCommerce projects
. Experience at managing key strategic development initiatives from
conception to production in a product development environment.
. Experience working within a Product Development environment aligned to
marketing working on end to end product development.
. Experience working with cross functional teams to determine project scope,
create project plans, prioritize work, allocate resources, and report
status.
. Strong ability to control and manage projects.
. Comfortable communicating with and taking input from a variety of people,
including senior management.
. Experience with scope and risk management to avoid scope creep

The primary focus of the position will be supporting XOS Mfg. and Customer
Service Depts with shipping and order processing tasks.

Must have excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the
ability to keep accurate records in a quick paced manufacturing
environment.

This position is expected to be proactive supporting XOS in its “continuous
improvement” efforts.

Will assist Material Handling staff conducting inventory audits and order
transactions as needed.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Administrative Order and Shipping tasks including:
o Maintenance of online shipping account seats and settings.
o Interfacing with approved XOS shipping vendors and their staff as needed.
o Quoting and identifying best shipment carriers per shipment.
o Review and summary recommendations to Mfg. Mgr. regarding Vendor
performance, costs, and invoice comparison to quotes.
o Preparation and or filing of all shipping paperwork including outgoing XOS
Packing Slips, Air bills, Commercial Invoices, Hazardous Goods Declarations,
as well as Job Part Travelers for both domestic and international markets.
o Maintain/updating of MSDS filing and storage systems.
o When required, communicating with XOS customers via email and/or telephone
to set-up and process customer site pick-ups.
o Documentation and maintenance of XOS shipping procedures.

• Candidate will be responsible for all outgoing domestic and international
shipments, including all clerical and order processing duties relative to
shipping these items.
o The crating of product for outgoing shipments.
 Labeling of product, S/N and P/N verification.
o Ensuring shipments are processed according to internal pre-defined Sales
and RMA Order requirements.
 Method and service levels of shipment.
 Pre qualification/registration of international shipments.
 The Scheduling of shipment pick-ups and the tracking of packages as
needed.
 Act as liaison with customs and brokers to facilitate customs clearance,
in compliance with government and company regulations.

• Responsible for accurate and complete XOS RMA Order processing including:
o Shipments of replacement service items to customer sites.
o Shipment of repaired XOS products returning to customer.
o The Crating and shipping arrangements for outgoing RMA shipments.

• The Shipping and Order Processing Associate will be required to work
closely with the Manufacturing Manager and the Material Handling department,
improving the effectiveness of these operations as they relate to Order
processing.

• Ensure Shipping, and Chemical storage areas are clean, organized, and
safe.

Requirements:
• Full understanding of international shipment processing including INCO
terms, Schedule B and harmonized codes, Commercial invoice creation, Carnet
processing, Duty pullbacks, SED filing, ISPM wood packaging requirements.
• 2 year Associates Degree or 3+ equivalent years experience in shipping
environment.
• Meticulous in record keeping with high attention to detail. Outstanding
organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast paced and demanding environment. Ability to lead
team oriented tasks as needed.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and ERP business
software.
• Experienced entering airway bills using FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other freight
carrier websites.
• Ability to lift 30 â€" 50 pounds.

GENERAL SUMMARY
This position is responsible for implementing the process validation program
for the manufacture of both new and existing biologicals. Responsibilities
include planning, writing and managing the execution of process validation
protocols, such as consistency and product comparability protocols. The
authoring of manufacturing and validation sections of regulatory filings
will be required. This position will report to a Sr. Director or Director in
Manufacturing Technology and will interact with Engineering, Manufacturing,
Validation, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Regulatory Departments.
Interaction may be required with contract producers of our clients products.
Knowledge of cell culture, purification and support systems used in the
manufacturing of biotech products is essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through the performance
of the following duties:

· Plan and manage the execution of process validation studies, such as
process consistency studies, performed for our clients products.

· The main areas of focus are purification and downstream processing
activities. Author the required protocols, reports and regulatory
documentation associated with the executed studies.

· Review and approve protocols and reports authored by other groups.

· Author relevant portions of drug substance manufacturing and process
validation sections of regulatory filings.

· Author technical reports supporting technology transfers,
deviation/adverse event reporting and process analyses/trending. This
responsibility is shared with the Process Sciences Group.

· Support the Manufacturing Process Sciences Group, the Statistics and
Quantitative Sciences Group and the Clinical Manufacturing Group as
required.

· Consult with other groups to troubleshoot manufacturing process problems

Ensures cGMP compliance.

Required Skills: ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

· BS degree in Chemical Engineering (equivalent non-engineering title for
Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology degrees).

· Minimum of 12 years experience in a GMP production/development
environment.

· Has previously started-up and/or had a management role in a biotechnology
facility.

· Has detailed process and equipment knowledge of protein purification
processes and functions. Similar knowledge of cell culture processes a
plus.

· Process validation experience required.

· Has a thorough understanding of cGMP requirements for a large scale
manufacturing facility.

· Experience in successful facility licensure a plus.

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

· Demonstrated supervisory skills.

scientific data generated by studies; and interact with investigators and
members of the medical community to assist in understanding current academic
and practice issues to support product strategies and to ensure the
appropriateness of studies/projects.

Education/Experience

Qualified candidates must have a MD; advanced training in cardiovascular
medicine is highly desired. Minimum of 8 years experience in clinical,
research or academic medicine; at least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry
experience; and experience with cardiovascular products and clinical trial
implementations is required in this role. Excellent written and oral
communication skills, particularly strong formal presentation skills; strong
interpersonal skills commensurate with the need to work closely with outside
physicians/ scientists and numerous in-house support groups; knowledge of
scientific methods, research design and medical practices and procedures
that would be acquired through clinical experience and clinical research
studies; good understanding of the current legal and regulatory environment
are critical skills in this role. Basic knowledge and appropriate
application of bio-statistics and experience with cardiovascular products

The Chief Development Officer's responsibilities include:
•Lead the College's fundraising efforts.
•Serve as the College's chief development officer, working in close concert
and collaboration with President Saatkamp. •Engage the staff, faculty,
administration and Board members in appropriate fundraising activities,
coordinating and providing support for their efforts.
•Enhance the engagement of alumni and volunteer leaders. •Lead the evolution
and focus the strategic direction of the Foundation board.
•Provide staff support for the Foundation Board of Directors.
•Coordinate publications and other communications.
•Coordinate and oversee development efforts initiated at the
college/department level.
•Direct donor research activities. •Supervise gift processing and
acknowledgement procedures.
•Supervise stewardship of Foundation accounts.
•Interview, hire, train and evaluate unit staff.

The Chief Development Officer is involved in a wide range of committees and
other groups, including the President's Cabinet, the Stockton 2020 Strategic
Planning Committee, and preparation for a 2012 decennial re-accreditation
visit by a Middle States team.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following professional qualifications
and personal characteristics:

•Development experience: Demonstrated success in leading a campaign of $10
million or more; proven track record of accomplishment as a major and

thorough understanding of best practices in development including knowledge
of all development functions including principal and major gifts, gift
policies, annual fund, planned giving, finance and accounting, development

stakeholder groups; strong analytical skills.

•Executive-level teamwork: The ability to work with the Foundation board in
further developing its contributions to the College; ability to add value by

College's senior leadership team; capacity to advise the president on
diverse matters, from high-stakes donor cultivation to broad institutional
issues.

•Leadership: A proven leader with the experience, vision, energy and finesse
required to partner with a president who is fast-moving and committed to
fundraising success; an ability to assess comprehensive development
organizations and to work collaboratively and successfully with staff to
implement any necessary changes and enhancements; proven staff management
and mentoring skills that nurture an accountable, goal oriented and values
based environment; a track record of recruiting, retaining, and developing a
high caliber staff, creatively organizing and managing them to maximize the
support of external constituencies; good listener who is capable of building

Chief Development Officer and Executive Director of College Foundation
Department: Office of Development

Description:
The Chief Development Officer and Executive Director reports directly to
President Herman J. Saatkamp, Jr., and is responsible for the College's
development and alumni relations programs. He or she works in close
collaboration with the other senior leaders of the College and the faculty
to ensure the College fulfills its mission and is successful in
accomplishing its strategic goals. As Executive Director of The Richard
Stockton College of New Jersey Foundation, the CDO works closely with the
Foundation's Board of Directors and is the Foundation's chief executive
officer. In this role, the CDO exercises authority over the Foundation's
activities, including its budget, financial assets, and relationships with
constituents internal and external to the Foundation and its sole
beneficiary, Stockton College. The CDO executes the initiatives and enforces
the policies of the Foundation's board, providing leadership on the
strategic and operational level for the Foundation. The CDO also serves as
the primary liaison between the Foundation and the College.
