We currently have a contract to hire opportunity for a Sr. Project
Manager at a major company in King of Prussia, PA. The
Senior Project Manager will lead project teams to deliver multiple,
simultaneous projects that span across several business or technology
areas. The candidate will be expected to effectively manage resources,
schedule and quality of deliverables through the full project life cycle
(discovery, analysis, design, construction, test and implementation.) The
candidate will often work in close coordination with the PnT Program Director
and Online Business Manager (OBM) to successfully manage and deliver web store
products to new partners. The Senior Project Manager will also be
expected to comply with and contribute to the development of a project
management. This position will report to the Senior Director, Project
Delivery.

Required Education/Experience:
* MUST BE A SEASONED CANDIDATE WHO HAS WORKED IN A SENIOR LEVEL LARGE SCALE SYSTEM INTEGRATOR, MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
* BS or MS in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
* Minimum 10 years of experience of seasoned, full life-cycle management of large scale technical projects
* Demonstrated ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations
* Prior involvement with high-visibility projects and managing multiple projects concurrently
* Experience with Project Management Tools (i.e., MS Project, MSCentral, PMOffice helpful)

Responsibilities:
A senior project manager will be
expected to have superior proficiency in the following areas:

Project Management - This position will have accountability for the
successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous large projects. Candidate
will work together with business and technology leads to build well-structured
project plans that segment projects into pre-defined phases. A Senior
Project Manager will be expected to use expert communication and leadership
skills to establish a common understanding of project timelines, milestones,
and expectations on delivery. Candidate will provide direction to project
resources, monitor development efforts, assemble key project deliverables, and
intelligently identify issues requiring escalation when reporting project
status. Candidate will need to closely monitor change requests and prevent

Relationship Management - Should have ability to motivate and build
collaborative teams who are dedicated to project delivery. Candidate will
work in collaboration with the Program Director and online business manager
(OBM) when interfacing with external business partners, internal business area
experts, business analysts and software development teams. Will need to
set expectations among these groups regarding scope, timeline and quality of
deliverables. Will need to work effectively with all groups
to build work breakdown structures (WBS), develop project plans and update
project status.

Business Analysis - This
includes leading business analyst(s), on a per-project basis, in extracting
requirements from external stakeholders, internal business representatives, and
software development teams. The candidate will have significant influence
and will ultimately be responsible for the quality of requirement deliverables.

Resource Management - For each project, candidate assists in identifying
the skills and resources needed for each stage in the project
lifecycle. He or she provides resource requirements per project and
motivates and manages those resources over the project duration.

past due receivables from customers and reconcile customer deductions and
credits. Prepare accounts receivable analyses. Essential Responsibilities: *
Cash application: * Process and post daily lockbox and wire remittance
deposits to the appropriate customer account and invoices, ensuring
reconciliation of the batch. * Analyze customer accounts at the time of
application for any skipped or partial payments, or customer errors. Contact
customers immediately to resolve any remittance discrepancies. * Enter and
maintain description codes for customer deductions and discrepancies to
facilitate AR analysis and follow-up. * Flag and communicate any invoicing
or credit memo errors identified when applying remittances. * Interface with
bank and resolve any batch or returned check issues. * Log any live checks
received in the office and transmit to lockbox. * Collect past-due
receivables: * Review customer balances as directed by supervisor to
identify past due accounts * Contact customers to collect past due amounts.
Identify any reasons for non-payment and develop plans with supervisor on
how to resolve. * Document results of contacts. Track and follow-up on
customer commitments. * Handle customer receivable inquiries. * Generate and
issue customer statements of account and dunning letters. * Resolve customer
deduction issues: * Interface with customer to obtain documentation. Analyze
and ensure appropriately authorized. * Analyze deductions and credits in
customer accounts, identifying items to net, items to follow-up with
customer, and items requiring potential write-off * Escalate unresolved
issues, tracking to final resolution. * Accounts Receivable analysis and
reporting * Generate AR aging reports and identify critical issues * Prepare
monthly accounts receivable reporting package, including analyses of days
sales outstanding and bad debt reserves. * Interface with customer service,
sales organizations and senior level management in communicating and
resolving issues. Qualification requirements: * College degree or equivalent
experience required. * Two to five years experience in a corporate accounts
receivable, credit or collections function preferred. * Excellent
interpersonal skills are required to handle inquiries from co-workers,
vendors and customers. * Analytical skills are required in order to identify
and reconcile data discrepancies. * Strong Excel spreadsheet skills
required. Knowledge of Access, Word and Powerpoint also preferred. * Ability
and maturity to work independently or as part of a team. * Familiarity with
computerized accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger
systems. * Pharmaceutical industry experience helpful. The above is intended

* The Chief Operating Officer division is looking for a Investment
Banking Communications, Americas for our New York office.

Job Description
* This individual will have responsibility for day-to-day management
of media relations and internal communications support for the Fixed Income
Department (FID), one of the Investment Bank's most important and profitable
business areas.
* FID encompasses sales, trading and research capabilities across a
range of product areas, including six core areas: Global Rates, Foreign
Exchange, Emerging Markets, Credit (includes Investment Grade and Leveraged
Finance) Commodities and Structured Products.
* The role offers senior client interaction, including shared
coverage responsibility for the Global Head of Fixed Income, who is based in
New York and London, and the global and regional Americas business heads
within Fixed Income, based in New York.
* The individual would be required to work both independently and
