Position Responsibilities – Summary

The Equity Portfolio Construction Applications team engages thought leaders
in the Equity and Asset Allocation portfolio management teams to understand
business drivers, investment strategy and strategic systems needs. These
investors research long-term asset allocation themes, capital market
expectations and portfolio analytics. This leads to dynamic, multi-asset
class investment solutions targeting specific risk and return objectives for
clients worldwide.

This Lead Systems Analyst position is a leadership role, reporting to the
Manager of Equity Portfolio Construction Applications. The successful
candidate will apply domain expertise and systems analysis to our focus
areas including advanced portfolio analysis, quantitative modeling, order
management, risk management, and transaction cost analysis. Initiatives
will vary in size and span investment products and global systems platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Engaging investment professionals at all levels of the Equity
Portfolio Management and Asset Allocation Strategies teams to proactively
identify opportunities for new/ improved systems to assist the investment
process

· Capturing and analyzing detailed requirements and algorithms
associated with decision support, quantitative research, and portfolio
construction.

· Planning and managing solution delivery worldwide

· Ownership of overall product quality and client satisfaction for a
broad set of portfolio construction and analysis capabilities

Keys to this Position:

1. Systems Analyst - We need a very strong Systems Analyst. This is at a
very senior level. We need someone that is a strong thinker and visionary
but is also pragmatic and very hands on. Delivery Management abilities are
very important as are Leadership qualities. This would be like a 'Product
Manager' role at another company.

2. Domain Knowledge: This individual will work on multi asset class
investment solutions so the domain knowledge needs to be broad to include
some or all of the following: Equities, Fixed Income, Currency, etc.

3. Style of the Individual: This is a flat group so the individual needs
to be very team oriented, trusting, professionally curious, have raw
intellect and a love of investments.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior systems role
supporting investment professionals

· Strong understanding of the investment processes, economics,
financial markets, statistics, investment analytics and risk management for
equities, commodities, fixed income, currencies, and derivatives - progress
towards the CFA charter, MS in Finance, or similar designation is a strong
plus

· Demonstrated experience in hands-on business analysis for large
systems initiatives and the ability to contribute to the development of a
comprehensive front office systems strategy

· Solid quantitative skills and modeling expertise with tools such
as Matlab is considered a plus

· Ability to proficiently navigate relational databases with SQL

· Attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Self-motivated and able to manage conflicting priorities
effectively
