We are currently seeking a highly motivated, technical and results oriented individual to join our Solution Delivery team as Technical Consultant. This individual will provide technical solution expertise to successfully implement clients solution and will deliver reference able customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Customer engagements consist of planning, implementing, analysis, training (knowledge transfer) and customer mentoring of clients product to drive product adoption and meet project objectives.
 The Consultant will manage costumer expectations to be in line with agreed upon business and technical requirements, allowing the delivery of high quality implementations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 The Consultant will provide strong leadership and communication within client, and as part of the customers project team.
 The Consultant will become a subject matter expert on clients suite and Business Transaction Management best practices, providing knowledge transfer and promoting clients solutions both internally and to external customer, and making recommendations for product enhancements.
Essential Education, Experience and Skills:
 Technical BS degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
 Requires minimum of 2 years experience delivering solutions in an enterprise software environment or equivalent industry experience.
 Experience managing issues, projects, deadlines, and documentations in a client facing environment.
 Client facing experience in big heterogeneous complex application environments such as in fortune 500 companies.
 Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation, along with a high level of professionalism.
 Creativity finding solutions to problems and ability to multi-task during complex projects.
 Travel < 75%
Specialized Knowledge - Solution Delivery experience:
 Knowledge of complex heterogeneous multi-tier web applications, and experience in several of the following technologies:
o OS: Unix, Linux, Windows
o Web/Application Servers: Apache, SunOne/iPlanet, IIS/.NET, Tomcat, Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss
o Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
o Message Bus: Tibco EMS & BusinessWorks, IBM MessageBroker & MQ
 Proven hands-on experience installing and configuring complex software products, in Unix, Linux, and Windows server environments.
 Experience with application or systems performance and monitoring products, an advantage
 Object-oriented programming technical skills in Java, C++, or C#, an advantage
