COGNOS Designers/Developers
A leading IBM Premier Business Partner located in Northern NJ . The company is seeking to hire several experienced Cognos designers/developers as it continues to increase its clients and projects. The company's continued growth provides you opportunities for learning, growth and career advancement.
The Cognos Designer/Developer will design, develop and test Cognos Business Intelligence reporting applications and reports using IBM Cognos Report Studio. The Designer/Developer will often communicate with clients to determine requirements, data sources and business logic. The Designer/Developer will build and augment data models in Cognos Framework Manager to facilitate reporting. The Designer/Developer will test / troubleshoot his/her Cognos reports to determine any data, query, logic or calculation errors.
Successful candidates will have experience developing reports with IBM Cognos Business Intelligence 8.3 or 8.4 using Report Studio and Framework Manager. In addition, experience with IBM Cognos 10.1 or Series 7 is a plus. Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and charts is a plus. Successful candidates will have experience testing and debugging reports.
Salary commensurate with experience.
