Core Team Leader / OCM 

Will require 40% travel. 

Job Summary 

Responsible to work with Wave Leader to manage and/or support all of the OCM Wave Activities. Work with Group and Site Leads to support and enable their understanding of the OCM/EUT processes, execute on those processes and to help them improve the experience of leadership, managers and staff throughout the implementation. They will also need to work with the Group and Site Leads for the other Waves during their specific wave activities to help bring them along with lessons learned, communications for their leaders and teams, managing expectations and perceptions. 

Key Responsibilities 

Wave OCM/EUT Key Responsibilities 
• Assists in the deployment of the Global Change, Communication and Training strategies developed during Global Realization including but not limited to:
OCM025 Baseline Readiness Survey & 
OCM050 Change Readiness (Follow-up Survey) 
(1) identifying relevant questions to include in survey (in collaboration with the OCML) 
(2) customize by language or culture or particular Wave needs (i.e. - Regions that have never used an ERP system vs those that currently use SAP) 

OCM035 Stakeholder Management 
Responsible to coach group and site leaders in completing the Stakeholder Managament tools, developing action plans. 

OCM040 OCM Training: 
Assists in the early identification of Associates to fill OCM-related roles. (Assumption is the OCM/EUT Tiger with work with the Business / Region OCM Leader) 
Provides on-boarding training and support to Group Site teams prior and during the Wave. 

OCM015 - Wave/Site Communications Plans and Execution: 
Supports Wave Leader - shares assigned responsibilites delegated by Wave Leader 
Responsible for periodically auditing Communication Planning and tracking Toll for completeness, currency and proper use of effectiveness gauges 

EUT005 Training Preparation: 
Responsible to delivery onboarding sessions for Group/Site Training Teams 

EUT015 End User Training Needs Analysis: 
Responsible to coordinate EUT Site leads and coordinators to complete the Site Statistics survey. 
Responsible to review surveys, and working with the site teams to identify any synergies, possibilities for sharing of resources, etc. 

EUT030 - Map End Users to Courses 
Responsible to ensure Tiger team activity for End User to Course mapping is completed each of the Groups.
• Aligns with the Content Development team to provide input for the localization of training materials 
• Identification, resolution and/or escalation of issues 
• Serves as the Knowledge Transfer Coordinator to insure that all Wave, Group and Site team members have the requisite knowledge and skills to successfully complete their roles

Project Description:  Client Information Security partners with client attorneys to preserve and produce electronic documents in support of our legal discovery requirements. Working as part of a team, this position is responsible for:
·       Determining LAN shared area file ownership for individuals associated with various cases
·       Identifying and collecting necessary LAN data and/or facilitating remote LAN collection using tools such as Intermine File Census, RoboCopy and ADfind.
·       Ongoing maintenance of a Novell Netware 5.1 Server acting as data store for LAN collections
·       Maintaining data collection logs reflecting PC and LAN collection status and storage locations
·       Coordinating the backup of data to tape in collaboration with the tape backup engineer
·       Maintaining written documentation of processes and tasks
·       Preparing metrics reporting
·       Performing risk analysis on exception data and processes and assisting in exception identification and process troubleshooting in the LAN (Novell eDirectory and Windows Active Directory environments).
·       Assisting in automation of current processes using batch files
·       Work with vendors to test, evaluate and recommend new products and utilities
·       Coordination of activities with PC image collections
·       Copying, restoring and verification of PC image data files from local site collection servers to the data store

Requirements/Education:
·       Strong understanding of Novell and Microsoft Windows directory and server administration.

Project Description:  Functional expert with 5+ years experience in Direct Marketing Campaign management who also has IT, systems, or technology experience in a large corporation as it relates to implementation of databases or CRM systems to support business goals.
 
Campaign Operations & Processes:  The candidate must demonstrate "best in class" experience in campaign process flow as it relates to the campaign software tools, merge purge, data cleansing, and waterfall reconciliations. The ideal candidate would have experience with managing CRM campaign execution in the Pharmaceutical industry. A critical requirement for this position is for the candidate to have extensive experience using campaign management tools, proprietary or professional software, in order to create marketing campaigns. Also, he/she must have experience writing functional business requirements; SQL queries; experience using Unica or other ETL tools; and experience with Affinium, other CRM software or campaign management tools. Knowledge of SAS is a plus. Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Unica NetInsight, Omniture or Google analytics is desirable. Candidate will be expected to manage and maintain overall project timelines for programs
and campaigns. MS Project experience is a must.
 
Client & Vendor Management:  A successful candidate will also be a business minded individual who has had experience on the service side either as a third party vendor or internal service provider as well as spent time on the client side. The candidate will have experience in closed loop direct marketing campaign execution. Prior vendor management experience is also required. He/she must be able to demonstrate with examples the importance of accountability, effective project management, and succinct communication.
 
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree required.
